A little bit about Sarah

Sarah has worked with motivation that now sees her hold the position of IT & Telephony lead at rigneydolphin. Sarah is a graduate from University College Cork. Having completed her honours degree in Business Information Systems she became a core part of the IT team at rigneydolphin in 2013.

The IT Helpdesk is responsible for the support and network administration for rigneydolphin 24/7, 365 days a year. In her role as IT & Telephony Lead, Sarah leads our IT team in ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met. As a member of the ISMS team, Sarah’s professional approach sees her work with a strong determination in ensuring ISO 270001 standards are also met.

Sarah’s vast knowledge of our telephony platform Avaya, along with her ability to coordinate with third party support, has seen her develop a work ethic that enables her to work within this often highly pressurised environment.
