A little bit about Keith
Keith has worked for Rigneydolphin since 2014 upon completion of his honours degree in Multimedia Applications Development with a grade of 1.1, he also holds an honours degree in Commercial Computing both from Waterford Institute of Technology.
Keith is currently IT Lead of the Helpdesk within Rigneydolphin responsible for the support and network administration for Rigneydolphin 24/7, 365 days a year. In his role as IT Lead, Keith leads our IT team in ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met. As a member of the ISMS team, Keith’s professional approach sees him work with a strong determination in ensuring ISO 270001 standards are also met.
Keith has furthered his college education with a Diploma as a Server Technician with MCSA and is doing an additional course of Comptia’s Security + through the College of Management and IT.
Using his vast knowledge in both telephony and networking administration Keith has been part of an exceptional team that has created one of the most robust and flexible out sourcing call centres in Ireland.
