Celine Fitzgerald, CEO

   

Celine is a CRM and customer service expert having worked in Vodafone on developing their customer management strategy both in Ireland and across the Vodafone group. She worked at board level with the company, in a variety of roles over 10 years before joining Rigney Dolphin.

Celine focuses on understanding our client’s requirements and developing long-term strategic partnerships.

 
   

David Thomas, Director of Operations

   

David has a wealth of experience in the TIME sector (Telecoms, Internet, Media and Entertainment) having worked for some of the industry’s leading companies including Cable and Wireless, ntl:Telewest, Virgin Media, AOL Time Warner, The Carphone Warehouse and Talk Talk.

David’s experience in the Contact Centre Industry ranges across Quality Management, Business Development, Performance Improvement, Customer Experience and Outsource Management.

As our Operations Director, David manages the day to day management of our customer’s requirements, ensuring that customer satisfaction, quality of care and efficiency of service are delivered to the highest standards.

     
 
   

Aidan Conway, Innovation Director

   

A graduate of Waterford Institute of Technology, having obtained both a Bachelors of Business Studies Degree and a Masters Degree in Business Administration Aidan brings over fourteen years experience within the financial services industry to the Rigneydolphin organisation.

Having worked with Equifax he has extensive operational experience through leading their back office functions including data capture and analysis, customer service support and customer set up and maintenance in support of their UK business. Aidan is responsible for leading Innovation for the Rigneydolphin organisation.

 
   

Helen Kiely, Human Resources Director

   

Helen has extensive and varied HR experience across a number of organisations including Eircom, Eircell, Vodafone and most recently AOL Broadband. Helen started her career in Telecom Eireann programme as a HR Executive and subsequently moved to Eircell where she played a key role in the establishment of the HR function including the establishment of formal IR structures.

Helen’s knowledge of best practice talent acquisition and retention is critical to Rigney Dolphin s success in an extremely competitive industry.

 
   

Siobhan O’Shea (CIMA, BBS) Finance Director

   

Siobhan O’ Shea is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Her academic background together with her 14 years practical accounting experience across retail, logistics, travel and the motor industry has provided Siobhan with a wide variety of analysis and business critical tools.

Siobhan has a specific brief to drive efficiencies and process improvement within the Rigney Dolphin group.

 
   

Conor O’Byrne, Business Development Director

   

Conor is a graduate of Waterford Institute of Technology where he obtained a (BBS) (Hons) specialising in outsourcing services. Since joining Rigney Dolphin in 2001 he has progressed through the company, holding positions including Key Account Manager and Contact Centre Manager. Conor has a wide range of experience in managing outsourced contracts in a number of sectors including the Telecommunication, Automobile and Financial Services industries.

Conor drives technology innovation within Rigney Dolphin and has a passion for delivering above and beyond service.

 
   

Dr. Frank Dolphin (MA. PhD. AFBPsS. C.Psychol. FMII) Chairman

   

Dr Frank Dolphin is a Chartered Psychologist by profession and a Fellow of the Marketing Institute. Having started his career as a psychologist he also lectured at Trinity College Dublin and Waterford RTC in psychology and consumer behaviour. He established Rigney Dolphin in 1990. Dr Dolphin has worked as a consultant with a wide range of companies in Ireland the UK and US particularly in the areas of senior management mentoring, HR strategy and change management.
