Celine Fitzgerald

Celine Fitzgerald - CEO

Celine is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Experience Specialist. As a member of the Vodafone Senior Management team she had a leadership role in the development of their customer management strategy both in Ireland and across the Vodafone group. She worked at board level with the company, in a variety of roles over 10 years before joining Rigney Dolphin. Celine is also a member of the VHI Board of Directors.

David Thomas

David Thomas - Operations Director

David has a wealth of experience in the TIME sector (Telecoms, Internet, Media and Entertainment) having worked for some of the industry's leading companies including Cable and Wireless, ntl:Telewest, Virgin Media, AOL Time Warner, The Carphone Warehouse and Talk Talk. David's experience in the Contact Centre Industry ranges across Quality Management, Business Development, Performance Improvement, Customer Experience and Outsource Management. As our Operations Director, David leads the operational delivery of our customer's requirements, ensuring that customer satisfaction, quality of care and efficiency of service are delivered to the highest standards

Helen Kiely

Helen Kiely - Human Resources Director

An experienced HR professional, Helen has extensive and varied experience across a number of organisations including Eircom, Eircell, Vodafone and AOL Broadband. In Eircell, Helen played a key role in the establishment of the HR function including the development of formal IR Partnership structures. Subsequently Helen played an instrumental role in the successful transfer of Eircell employees to Vodafone following the acquisition of eircom’s mobile business. Helen's knowledge of best practice talent acquisition and change management is critical to Rigney Dolphin s success in an extremely competitive industry.

Siobhan O'Shea

Siobhan O'Shea - Finance Director

Siobhan O'Shea is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Her academic background together with her 14 years practical accounting experience across retail, logistics, travel and the motor industry has provided Siobhan with a capability and experience in business analysis and accounting. Siobhan has a specific brief to drive efficiencies and process improvement within the Rigney Dolphin group.

Conor O'Byrne

Conor O'Byrne - Business Development Director

Conor is a graduate of Waterford Institute of Technology where he obtained a (BBS) (Hons) specialising in outsourcing services. Since joining Rigney Dolphin in 2001 he has progressed through the company, holding positions including Contact Centre Manager and Key Account Manager until his most recent appointment to Account Director where he has a pivotal role in the strategic development of client accounts and relationships. Conor has a wide range of experience in managing outsourced contracts in a number of sectors including Health Services, Telecommunications, Automobile and Financial Services industries.

Dr. Frank Dolphin

Dr. Frank Dolphin - Chairman

Dr Frank Dolphin is a Chartered Psychologist by profession and a Fellow of the Marketing Institute. Having started his career as a psychologist he also lectured at Trinity College Dublin and Waterford RTC in psychology and consumer behaviour. He established Rigney Dolphin in 1990. Dr Dolphin has worked as a consultant with a wide range of companies in Ireland the UK and US particularly in the areas of senior management mentoring, HR strategy and change management.
